The last warm day in a while

Then winter chill returns next week

.

Sunday brings a warm and breezy day before the cold starts to move in on Monday.

It will be breezy at times with south-southeasterly winds 15-20 mph boosting temps to  high temperatures in the upper 70s to lower 80s.

Isolated showers will be possible late this afternoon across inland southeast GA and northern portions of the Suwannee Valley, but the greater chance of rain 40% for Jacksonville will be early Monday morning when scattered showers with the front pass through.

The cooler air filters down Monday so that the coolest period will be from Tuesday into Tuesday night. Lows Tuesday night reach the upper 30s around Jax to near  freezing levels over SE GA.

Cooler temps last all next week with a slight rise back to 70 by Friday.
