CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – A 20-year-old who deputies said had sex with a girl under 16 years old four times in one night is facing four sex crime charges in Clay County.
Dylan Fillmer befriended the victim on Facebook and asked her to meet him. On Jan. 18, she snuck out of her home, met Fillmer at his car, which was waiting at a stop sign nearby, and drove with him to his residence on Ravines Road.

Deputies said surveillance video shows the victim and Fillmer getting permission from the guard to enter the community.
According to the arrest warrant, the victim told police she and Fillmer had sex in the parking lot. Parts of the report are redacted because of the continuing investigation, but it says the victim and Fillmer had consensual sex a fourth time inside his residence.
Deputies tracked Fillmer down in the Tarrant County Jail in Texas, and he was brought back to Florida to face four counts of lewd and lascivious battery of a victim under 16 in Clay County. Each count carries a $50,003 bond.
