Jacksonville firefighters were called to the scenes of multiple Northside home fires on Sunday.

One fire began in a home on W. 21st St. on the Northside, according to JFRD. The home was vacant and nobody was injured.
A neighbor's house near the W. 21st St. home did catch on fire as well, but was quickly extinguished.
In a second case, firefighters responded to a home fire on 31st St. earlier on Sunday. People live in that home but no one was home at the time of the incident. The fire was quickly put out and no injuries were reported.
