Princess Kate announced on Friday that she has cancer and is undergoing preventative chemotherapy treatment.
News of her condition follows weeks of questions about her health, her whereabouts and her family.

Her diagnosis is in the early stages, and in January she underwent abdominal surgery that sparked a lot of chatter about the princess’ health.
