(CNN) - The last of the three infamous Chowchilla school bus kidnappers remaining in prison, Fred Woods, will remain behind bars at the California Men's Colony in San Luis Obispo. In 1976, Woods, along with Richard and James Schoenfeld, kidnapped 26 children and their bus driver in Chowchilla, California. Woods was denied parole Tuesday for the 17th time, according to information provided by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Part of the day was captured on Ragland's GoPro camera, which was lost until recently, when diver Rich Aloha found it buried in muck at the bottom of the lake. Ragland's family said getting the video back was bittersweet, but they taking it as a sign. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The former property manager of a home that's getting attention because of a photo that appears on Google Street View told News4Jax that it has been the site of drug activity. When the address is searched on Google Street View, a photo is shown of two young men with their faces blurred standing in a driveway of a home in Brentwood.
