A man in his 20s was shot in the leg during a dispute outside a residence on Skyler Jean Drive in Jacksonville. The suspect, who was known to the victim, fled the scene but was later apprehended by police. The victim's injuries are non-life-threatening, and the incident is not believed to be domestic- or gang-related. Investigators are collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, and canvassing the area for surveillance footage.
