The Colee’s service is this Saturday at Turning Point at Calvary followed by a burial at Memorial Park Cemetery with COVID-19 guidelines in place.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Babies in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Wolfson Children’s Hospital of Jacksonville celebrated Halloween in adorable style this year. The tiny tots were dressed as adorable treats such as Jif peanut butter, jelly, Chick-fil-A and more. The team will dress up the babies in costumes on Saturday and post more photos on the Wolfson Children’s Hospital Facebook page. It was definitely a sweet treat for parents and staff. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Chick-fil-A sauce lovers, rejoice! Chick-fil-A is entering the grocery business with bottles of its signature and Polynesian sauces, CNN reports. Starting in April, the 16-ounce bottles will be sold in Florida at Publix, Target, Walmart and Winn-Dixie stores. It’s the first time that Chick-fil-A will sell its products in retail stores, CNN reports. All proceeds from the bottle sales will go to Chick-fil-A’s scholarship fund for employees.

A California Chick-fil-A manager is being credited with saving the life of a 20-year-old man who was unresponsive in the restaurant's parking lot. Handing his tablet to a co-worker, he bolted across the lot and found a man inside the vehicle who was unresponsive and not breathing. Rapper Quavo, of the group Migos, is ready to save the day and make our chicken sandwich dreams come true. Popeye's first announced their new chicken sandwich on Twitter earlier this month, and Black Twitter was all over it, with the sandwich dominating discussions. The Popeye's sandwich is remarkably similar to Chick-fil-A's. It features a fried chicken fillet on a brioche bun, complemented by a few pickles and a slather of mayonnaise.

As of Monday, Chick-fil-A offers macaroni and cheese as a side option nationwide -- the only addition since 2016. "Mac & Cheese is the quintessential comfort food, and something we are so excited to offer our guests at Chick-fil-A," said Amanda Norris, executive director of menu and packaging in a statement. Chick-fil-A is one of the most profitable restaurant chains in the country, according to Nation's Restaurant News. The-CNN-Wire & 2019 Cable News Network, Inc., a Time Warner Company.

Well, according to data from Market Watch, cited in a Food and Wine report from earlier this week, its -- drum roll, please! -- Chick-fil-A. Market Force polls more than 7,600 people, and looks at their satisfaction and whether theyd recommend a restaurant to someone else. And then last years No 1, Pizza Ranch, didnt even earn enough votes to qualify for this years poll, Food and Wine points out. As for McDonalds, it actually came in last place -- but as the Food and Wine article points out, the burger continues to top every single restaurant on the entire list in sales.

It seems as though weve got holidays for everything, a lot of which a good portion of us may not necessarily celebrate Lion Day, Penpal Day, Drive-In Movie Day but Cow Appreciation Day is certainly one we can get down with, especially because Chick-fil-A restaurants all over the country will be giving away free entrees in celebration on Tuesday. But that didn't stop one Georgia teen when he saw a 6-year-old boy choking in the drive-thru this week. Now, manager Logan Simmons is being called a hero -- and rightfully so. Surveillance video from the Flowery Branch Chick-fil-A shows Simmons, 19, climbing through the window and running to the car where the boy was in the back seat. Simmons said that once he got to the car, he saw that the boy's seat belt was tangled around his neck. "Everyone's been cheering and shouting my name and asking me to come sit with them and stuff," Simmons said Friday.

For the fourth year in a row, the Georgia-based chicken chain has been named America's favorite restaurant, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index. The chain, whose customer service is perhaps just as well-known as its food, scored an 86 on the 100-point scale, down one point from last year. Four chains tied for fourth with a score of 80: Arby's, Chipotle, Papa John's and Pizza Hut. Other popular chains scored much lower. 3 in the industry behind McDonald's and Starbucks, according to Nation's Restaurant News.
