On Wednesday, the city of Jacksonville is hosting its Veterans Day Parade. The annual parade, presented by the Law Offices of Ron Sholes, P.A., celebrates our men and women in uniform and recognizes the sacrifices they make in service to our country. It kicks off at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Schantz family, however, didn't have time to do the same. Then, they went on further investigation and it appeared to be cash money," Moser said. Child in Live Oak in serious condition after being hit by car
LIVE OAK, Fla. โ A 1-year-old boy in Live Oak was flown to UF Health Gainesville with serious injuries after being hit by a car shortly before noon Saturday. The Florida Highway Patrol said the child identified as David Damewood, was unattended and ran into the path of a car on 177th Road and 14th Street..FHP said the child's mother transported the boy to UF Health Live Oak. The child was then flown to UF Health Gainesville. Authorities have not said anything about possible charges as the case is still under investigation.
