It wasn’t until after he was repeatedly stunned that deputies were able to handcuff Moore and take him into custody. In a statement, Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said this arrest serves as a reminder that there is no such thing as a routine traffic stop, saying things could have turned out much worse.

About an hour and a half after the Sheriff’s Office ask for the public’s help finding the girl, police announced she had been found safe.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. A car involved in a shooting Monday afternoon in the Arlington area crashed in front of a business on Atlantic Boulevard. A Dodge Charger appeared to have clipped a canopy and a parked car in front of the Rent-A-Wheel on Atlantic Boulevard, west of Southside Boulevard.
