FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. – Voters in Fernandina Beach went to the polls Tuesday to cast their ballot in the runoff race for a seat on the Fernandina Beach City Commission. Ronald "Chip" Ross won the Group 3 seat on the City Commission with 1,396 votes, or 54.96 percent. Voter turnout in the runoff election was 24.04 percent.
