INTERLACHEN, Fla. โ€“ The Putnam County Sheriffโ€™s Office on Monday announced the arrest of two men in connection with the 2019 shooting death of a 21-year-old man in Interlachen. Hargrove was extradited from Ohio to Putnam County where he was charged with homicide and remains in the Putnam County Jail on a $105,000 bond. Howell was arrested on June 4 on the charge of homicide and remains in the Putnam County Jail on a $100,000 bond. The vehicle pulled from the parking area and onto State Road 20 at a high rate of speed, according to the Sheriffโ€™s Office. Two other suspects are under investigation, the Sheriffโ€™s Office said, but were not identified.

INTERLACHEN, Fla. โ€“ Two men were arrested last week after threatening a detective at an Interlachen-area home, where deputies also found drugs and guns, according to the Putnam County Sheriffโ€™s Office. On Friday, the Sheriffโ€™s Office said, a detective went to a home on Dove Street to find a person whose court-ordered ankle monitor was showing a critical battery alarm. The detective aimed his firearm at Schultz while repeatedly giving commands to drop the weapon but both men "initially ignored the commands and continued to advanceโ€ on the detective, the Sheriffโ€™s Office said. He also denied any threats toward the detective, despite the detective writing in an arrest report that he felt his life was in imminent danger. Friday was not the first time that the Sheriffโ€™s Office responded to the home.

William Cook III, 45, of Interlachen, was arrested during a narcotics search at a home on Stuart Avenue where deputies located suspicious items believed to have been used during the sale of illegal narcotics, the report said. According to the Sheriffโ€™s Office, deputies found meth, two morphine pills, several firearms and a bullet resistant vest. Cookโ€™s 12-year-old daughter and 13-year old son were removed from the house by deputies during the raid, the report said. The warrant, which is partially redacted, mentions a cellphone conversation involving Cook before deputies raided his home.

On Tuesday, the Sheriffโ€™s Office posted a message on its Facebook page, asking anyone who has shared the video to remove it from their news feeds. The post described the video as โ€œgraphic and disturbing," saying it showed one student being repeatedly punched by another student. If a student, parent or visitor to the school sees a behavior that is harmful to another person, report it,โ€ the Facebook post said. But at the news conference, DeLoach announced that two guns had been found in the backpack of a 13-year-old student at Jenkins Middle School in Palatka.

According to the arrest report, a woman family member confronted Wilson about having sex inside an Interlachen home with a woman who is pregnant with his child. According to investigators, Wilson then began to hit several people in the house, including the woman who is pregnant with his child. According to one of the victims, Wilson was last seen headed toward Royal Avenue and thatโ€™s where deputies began their search for him. Back at the home where the alleged attacks took place, paramedics tended to the pregnant woman, who was later taken by ambulance to a Shands Hospital in Gainesville for evaluation.
